Payment Terms<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We accept the following payment methods for international trade:<\/p>\r\n        <ul style=\"list-style: disc; padding-left: 20px; color: #ccc;\">\r\n            <li><strong>T\/T (Telegraphic Transfer):<\/strong> 40% Advance \/ 60% against copy of shipping documents.<\/li>\r\n            <li><strong>L\/C (Letter of Credit):<\/strong> Irrevocable, confirmed L\/C at sight from top-tier banks.<\/li>\r\n            <li><strong>CAD (Cash Against Documents):<\/strong> Available for long-term partners only.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div style=\"margin-bottom: 40px;\">\r\n        <h2 style=\"color: #fff; font-size: 1.5rem; margin-bottom: 15px; border-left: 3px solid var(--auvia-gold); padding-left: 15px;\">3. Shipping & Incoterms<\/h2>\r\n        <p>Unless specified, shipments are governed by Incoterms 2020:<\/p>\r\n        <ul style=\"list-style: disc; padding-left: 20px; color: #ccc;\">\r\n            <li><strong>FOB (Free On Board):<\/strong> Alexandria \/ Damietta \/ Port Said ports.<\/li>\r\n            <li><strong>CIF \/ CFR:<\/strong> To any destination port worldwide.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Transit times provided are estimates based on shipping lines' schedules.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div style=\"margin-bottom: 40px;\">\r\n        <h2 style=\"color: #fff; font-size: 1.5rem; margin-bottom: 15px; border-left: 3px solid var(--auvia-gold); padding-left: 15px;\">4.
